MC 3rd Floor Self-Serve XAS Terminal Replaced with Stub

You no longer can or need to transfer printing money in $5 increments using this old terminal - it has been replaced with a stub that directs you to THE INTERNET! On the plus side, now you can transfer any integer n dollars where n >= 1 and n <= 10 using the XAS web interface.
