Potatoes

Jamie sent a recipe for a similar dish at some point, but I couldn’t remember what was in it, so I just did this instead.

\1. Boil potatoes.\ 2. Split / smash into flower shapes. Ish. On a baking sheet. \ 3. Drizzle oil, add herbs and pepper.\ 4. Bake.\ 5. Add salt to taste. \
