Slowly whisk 4 teaspoons flour and 1/3 cup milk. Whisk in the
following until smooth:
- pinch of salt,
- 2 eggs,
- a pinch of cinnamon,
- ** 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla,** and,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Soak 2 slices bread, halved in the mixture, and pan-fry over medium heat.
